A graduate of Kendall, Chase has worked in restaurants for a decade in both the dining room and the kitchen. An avid home cook, he has his finger on the pulse of the culinary world, looking up to icons like Nigella Lawson and Yotem Ottilengi. No party is complete without two of Chase’s salads.
Dana
After studying at The Art Institute of Seattle in both the savory and pastry side of the kitchen, Dana gravitated towards desserts professionally. Behind the scenes she was fueled by salad after salad, honing dressing recipes with the eye of a pastry chef but the pallet of a savory chef. No party is complete without asking for two of Chase’s salads!
